Special Features Include:

• use open-ended questions
• assign any evaluation instrument to any resident or faculty according to your requirements (ie, all pgy 3 residents evaluate all pgy 1 residents with form number 1; or all faculty evaluate all residents with form number 3 and, in addition, all ER faculty also use form number 4 to evaluate their residents)
• all evaluations are completed on the internet; residents and faculty enter their passwords and view names and photos of people to be evaluated along with button to click to bring up form selected by program for this purpose; resident/faculty completes form or declines it; if declined, reason is provided and submitted through the internet to administrator who takes action.
• at any time program administrator may view report of who has not yet submitted their evaluation forms and may automatically send them pre-formatted e-mail reminding them to complete forms as soon as possible; ; send different letter according to the number of days late
• evaluation reports of how everyone is evaluated may be viewed at any time by those with password; all reports may be viewed/printed with or without benchmark comparisons comparing residents with all others in the same year
