Procedures:
create or import list of procedures to be tracked along with Diagnoses
where desired; track date of procedure; hospital/locale; attending
physician; level of involvement, (all done with simple mouse-click)

- system provides
option for procedure entry: entered by administrator when given
information by resident or entered directly by resident through
WEBesprit on the internet;
- add additional
procedure fields to be tracked where desired
- where information
entered by resident, identified faculty preceptor is automatically
notified in his WEBesprit inbox that resident has indicated a
procedure has been completed; faculty member confirms procedure
or denies it.
- use Palm-Pilot
by resident/student to enter procedure data; Palm placed in "hot-synch"
cradle and data automatically loaded into WEBesprit; receive back
via Palm notice of acceptance/rejection by preceptor
